      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am facing problem with OutOfMemoryError on HP-UX with Java , I am getting following error ever 4 days.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Exception in thread "CompilerThread1" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: requested 32756 bytes for ChunkPool::allocat&lt;BR /&gt;e.       <description>About the patches...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When we tryed to install the patches we got this log:&lt;BR /&gt;see the file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And later when we used the HPjconfig it showed that these patches where still missing. Are the patches correctly installed or does hpjconfig not work?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/Anders</description>

      <description>What does /usr/sbin/swapinfo -mt show?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your HPJconfig srceenshot shows several missing patches, PHKL_32061.  But it says you have it installed and it was superseded.  I would hope HPJconfig handles that.</description>

      <description>Sounds like a classic memory leak from Java code. Start by checking ulimit -a for the Java environment  to make sure you are not limiting memory there. Then periodically (every 5 or 10 minutes) run this command and append the results into a temp logfile:&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;UNIX95=1 ps -e -o vsz,pid,ppid,args | sort -rn | head -5 &amp;gt;&amp;gt; /var/tmp/bigprocs.log&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;The 5 largest processes will be listed. Watch for changes in process sizes.</description>
