    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I want to write Perl scripts accessing an Oracle database.&lt;BR /&gt;It is a server with:&lt;BR /&gt;9000/800/rp3440  &lt;BR /&gt;HP-UX 11.23/64 U  /64 PA8800/800(2) pa-2.0  4094 Mb&lt;BR /&gt;C-ANSI-C              B.11.23.08     HP C/ANSI C Compiler&lt;BR /&gt;Oracle 9.2.0.6 (Oracle is built with multi-threading libraries)&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a Perl package including DBI and DBD:Oracle, all compiled with HP C/ANSI C Compiler?&lt;BR /&gt;If not, which version (perl, DBI, DBD:Oracle) do I need to build a stable product?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;you could go to Merijn's (The Perl guru) page and download the version you need.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, as stated on fron tape , gcc is used and the source is ready for Oracle compile, but does not include the &lt;BR /&gt;DBD::Oracle module.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://mirrors.develooper.com/hpux/" target="_blank"&gt;http://mirrors.develooper.com/hpux/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://mirrors.develooper.com/hpux/downloads.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://mirrors.develooper.com/hpux/downloads.html&lt;/A&gt;</description>
