When I connect the drive to a functioning SCSI controller I either get Star Unit failed or Drive connected not ready. Depending on where the motor jumper is set. It's an 18.2 Not-Pluggable drive that was only unboxed and opened on 7/18 Is this a bad drive? I can connect other Ultra 2 drives and they work fine. Model number is 328943-b21
