      <description>I have a bunch of these old drives but no manual either.  Here is what I do know though...  These may have either six sets of pins or 10 sets with a plastic header covering the leftmost 4 sets.  The left three sets are for the scsi id (don't count the pins under the header if you have the 10 pin set model).  The 4th pin from the left is connected on all of the drives that I have and the 5th and 6th pin sets are not connected.  I have no specifics on what 4 thru 6 are for but I suspect it may have to do with termination.</description>

      <description>J2, pins 1, Not used.      leave OPEN&lt;BR /&gt;    pins 2, Delay Spin up. &lt;BR /&gt;    Open = No Delay&lt;BR /&gt;    normally CLOSED = 8 to 64 sec. delay&lt;BR /&gt;    pins 3, Motor Start. &lt;BR /&gt;    Normally OPEN = start based on pins 2&lt;BR /&gt;    Closed = Wait for host signal to start.&lt;BR /&gt;    Pins 4, Write Protect; &lt;BR /&gt;    Normally OPEN = Write enabled&lt;BR /&gt;    Closed = Write Protected&lt;BR /&gt;    Pins 5, Parity&lt;BR /&gt;    Normally OPEN = parity Checking Disabled&lt;BR /&gt;    Closed = parity checking enabled&lt;BR /&gt;    Pin 6, Not used, leave OPEN&lt;BR /&gt;    Pins 7 &amp;amp; 8, Terminator Power&lt;BR /&gt;    A jumper installed horizontally on the&lt;BR /&gt;    lower pins of pinsets 7 &amp;amp; 8 (default),&lt;BR /&gt;    allows the drive to take power from the&lt;BR /&gt;    SCSI bus pin 26.&lt;BR /&gt;J5, Not Used, leave OPEN&lt;BR /&gt;J6, Pins 4, 5 &amp;amp; 6:  SCSI Address&lt;BR /&gt;         SCSI ID 0, all three open&lt;BR /&gt;         SCSI ID 1, 4 closed, 5 &amp;amp; 6 open&lt;BR /&gt;         SCSI ID 2, 5 closed, 4 &amp;amp; 6 open&lt;BR /&gt;         SCSI ID 3, 4 &amp;amp; 5 closed, 6 open&lt;BR /&gt;         SCSI ID 4, 6 closed, 4 &amp;amp; 5 open&lt;BR /&gt;         SCSI ID 5, 4 &amp;amp; 6 closed, 5 open&lt;BR /&gt;         SCSI ID 6, 5 &amp;amp; 6 closed, 4 open&lt;BR /&gt;         SCSI ID 7, Not allowed&lt;BR /&gt;     Pins 2, Drive Activity Light&lt;BR /&gt;     Pins 1 &amp;amp; 3 Not Used leave OPEN&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
