    <description>I have just gotten a new IBM HDD. I have installed it and Windows XP did detect it. But thw probleme is that the new HDD is a Fat 32 and my HDD that has the OS installed on it is NTFS. Even worse Win XP didnt give the new HDD a drive letter. What can I do some one help.</description>
