    <description>Nor knowing what drive you have, I can tell you:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most, if not all drive makes havea website where you can download utilities to help fit older platforms, re- adress bios limits, load windows and stored files by cloning, etc.  go to the web site for your drive, fish a bit, you'll find it.</description>

      <title>BIOS doesn't read HD</title>

      <description>I just bought a new hard drive (60gig not HP).  My BIOS version says that it does not recognize anything over 33.6gig.  I can't seem to find any BIOS update on HP's website.  So i'm lost.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any suggestions?</description>

      <description>Try using the software the drive vendor offers for units that don't recognize larger drives. Maxblast from Maxtor for example.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or look at a PCI IDE controller that does support larger drives.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
