    <description>Hello !&lt;BR /&gt;I have rp2450 with two internal mirrored disk (with O.S) and one internal 4Si Raid controller(firmware U.01.06) to which one DS2100&lt;BR /&gt;storage is connected having(4 disk ST318406LC firmware HP05 )&lt;BR /&gt;I am facing a problem that the all disks in DS2100 or sometimes 2/3 disks in storage suddenly goes offline .  &lt;BR /&gt;So anyone can give me suggestion what could be the problem . &lt;BR /&gt;Plz mail me on d_sarwate@hotmail.com&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;DJ&lt;BR /&gt;See the log file (attachment)&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>The 4si controller and disks are all at the latest firmware HP05 should have resolved issues of drives going offline. Looking at your attachment checking the history of drive failures section it shows disk 10 has had 5 command failures compared to 1 or 2 on the other drives it may be that disk 10 has a problem and causes problems with the other drives because they share a common SCSI bus.&lt;BR /&gt;Iain</description>
