      <description>I'm 100% positive that you haf Windows Xp. Am i correct? Well, Right-click on My Computer on the Desktop and click on properties. Click on the Advanced Tab. Under Startup and Recovery, click settings. Under system failure, uncheck automatically restart. Restart your computer and see what happens.
