I am having serious issues with my computer and suspect a possible virus, so I think a low level format is necessary at this point. Where can I find a LLF Utility for my 7478 Desktop Presario? Or what is the exact make and model of my hard disk so i can visit the manufacturer website to possibly download the utility.
