      <description>This error appears when you have a disk that is failing.  It's giving you a "Hardware Error".  The error may be serious enough that it could corrupt the filesystem.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you see other errors in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log or dmesg?  Or do you see further into the error where it might indicate which disk is reporting these?</description>
