Hi Jorge,

I soon realised that its actuallt a USB drive i'm looking for and not a zip drive. A drive with 2 GB capacity without power supply would be good. However I don't think power supply is much of a hinderance.

And this USB memory, is it Physical memory AND it can store data?

Thanks for the input

-Alvi

Hi,

This probably isn't included in the utility of this forum, but I am expecting to find the best advice here.

What are the best (& most economical) zip drives, portable hard drive, available in the market for personal use with capacity of at least 2 GB?

Other important features are of course ease of use, and fast transfer rate.

I'll really appreciate your responses.

Thanks and Regards,

-Alvi

Hi

If you need capacity about 2 Gb, I think better solution is a usb hard drive because with this capacity the disk are very light and no need external power supply. USB disk bigger needs power supply, like zip drives.
Another good option could be usb memory, but today, the maximum capcity are 512 Mb.
