      <description>I'm not aware of a whitepaper... There's not much to it - Ultra2 is 40MBps low-voltage differential SCSI - Ultra3 is 80MBps low-voltage differential SCSI. They are compatible to each other though, depending on the controller, you may hold back an Ultra3 drive by hooking it up with an Ultra2.</description>
