    <description>I am running windows 2003 on HP ML350 Server.&lt;BR /&gt;I have got following error message in system event log :&lt;BR /&gt;The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have done a search on Microsoft knowledge base ,couldn't find any solutions .....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions will be appreciated</description>

      <description>Got it sorted , as 4 of the Drive failed on HP Proliant server which is on RAID 5.Luckily last two drive didn't had any data . Yes the led did went Amber on the failed drive</description>
