Disk firmware

I was able to find the web page for firmware for various disks but cannot find how to download the firmware.

The link at the end of this web page above for instructions does not
work:

The firmware I need is for the disk listed from the link at the top.
The firmware listed on the disk is "0388". The firmware available below in the list is "0942":
