Hi simon,
I am not sure you will be able to get the firmware with product number. Probably you can check the model number of the disk then look in to the below link you can get the required firmware.

This is a list of firmware files.
Be aware, the model of disk ensures the disk is 73Gb, a certain rpm and connector type - the exact disk model and even the manufacturer of the disk may differ!

This is the reason for so many different firmware files.
