Ultra2 Scsi - 80 MB/sec throughput, 8 and 16bit bus width (regular and 'wide')

Ultra3 Scsi - 160 MB/sec throughput, 16bit bus width only, plus 5 new 'features' that are available only on an ultra3 interface - just do a search on google.com for Ultra3 and tons of info should come up.
