Hello, I hope anyone can help me!

I need the firmware for the HP HDD Model EG0300FCSPH, HP Part: 689207-001, HP GPN: 507129-004, Disk Model: AL13SEB300.

The firmware is the HPD0 but I cannot find anywhere for download it, I try to update 3 discs as soon as possible.

Was there a solution to this? I've replaced a drive with this model and it says I need to update to firmward HPD4 but HPD0 seems to be the latest?!

Hi Everyone,

I am also having this problem. While using SPP 2015.10.0 to perform firmware updates on c7000 chassis, I receive the following message for SAS storage disk EG0300FCSPH, "no component found". So no firmware for this device included in the iso?

Does anyone out there know what the latest firmware version is for this HD? Or have any idea of where to access this firmware? Not having any luck finding useful information online.

Your advice is much appreciated.
