      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;- most often this means that pvcreate has not been executed on this disk before use&lt;BR /&gt;- otherwise you /etc/lvmtab is corrupt&lt;BR /&gt;- or an hardware issue&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;(a search in this forum will give you several answers).&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;good luck,&lt;BR /&gt;Thierry.</description>
