Has anyone used Storagetek's D280 disk array??
If yes, did you have problems using SAM with the disk array?

Thanks,

We are evaluating a STK D240 and we cannot see the drive through SAM. Show 1 hardware path with 36 alternate paths. Have you gotten this to work correctly? We are also having problems getting the direct attached rp7410 in point to point topolgy.

This is to be expected.. so brace yourselves to do LVM via Command Line or use VxVM instead... We have the same problem witrh EVA LUNs (an HP product at that!).. it only shiw the 1st LUN hanging oof the FC HBA.. you cannot use SAM to configure it in using LVM but you can using VEA if using VxVM...

There is a "tweak" to SAM to foce it to list all the LUN's but I cannot seem to recal where.. anyways, I've not beena big fan of using SAM anyways..

Cheers!
