Check if you have defined any other user with Modify permission on the system.

no..we dont have any other administrator login via which we loggin and change original administrator's password via user admin option.

please reply if some other method / workaround is available.

Hello

XP1024 comes with another user=user and password=user.

This user can modify the password for administrator.

Can you check?

My last post will not work if the user has only "View" permission.

I don't know any other way. A reinstall of CommandView software may work.
