      <description>Hi Chris,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You might need to have Netraid Assistant for winodws operating system or if you have Netware you need Megamanager. You can download that from this link depending on what kind of operating system you have&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?locale=en_US&amp;amp;pnameOID=51917&amp;amp;taskId=135&amp;amp;prodTypeId=329290&amp;amp;prodSeriesId=51915" target="_blank"&gt;http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?locale=en_US&amp;amp;pnameOID=51917&amp;amp;taskId=135&amp;amp;prodTypeId=329290&amp;amp;prodSeriesId=51915&lt;/A&gt;〈=en&amp;amp;cc=us&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Selecet you Operating system&lt;BR /&gt;2. Download the Utility under "Software Storage Controller" (If windows 2000, it will be under Microsoft Windows 2000 server)&lt;BR /&gt;3.
