offline mode

To change the host mode on a port, I have to be in offline mode. Does this affect all ports or just the port I wish to change?

I think it will affect only the port whose host mode is baing changed.

Before changing the host mode on a port, backup the data on the port.

LUN Management in case of XP 512/48/256 is same whereas XP128/1024 is same. As said earlier before changing the host mode on a port, backup all the data which is accssed through that port.

To the best of my knowledge it will affect only the port whose host mode is being changed.
