    <description>what is the maximum i can get?&lt;BR /&gt;i use sql server, so i use random access.&lt;BR /&gt;i have 10% write, 90% read. as far as i understand i can use maximum of 28 disk 15K for one aray. &lt;BR /&gt;on this situation what the I/O i can expect on raid5?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>That depends on a number of factors like:&lt;BR /&gt;- how many disks&lt;BR /&gt;- random or sequential I/O&lt;BR /&gt;- I/O sizes&lt;BR /&gt;- read/write ratio&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Honestly, what would you do with a number of I/Os satisfied from read cache, for example?</description>
