hi,

Hope you have installed the command View SDM installed in the system. Command View SDM install tools to monitor the the disk system.

Hardware Monitoring in HPUX
What i understand is that if Online Diag Bundle is installed and the disk station will get automatically included in the monitor.
man monconfig for more details..

Performance monitoring

use a xwindows terminal or an xwindows emulator to connect to your host and use the launcher utility there you will find several parameters which you can monitor.

Is your configuration with a VA array or the ds2405 as FC JBOD? What server do you have attached?
