I connect to my server to check VA by
http://10.0.23.199:4096/Launcher.html
First windows is OK but when i click on a item all windown disappear and give me a log (see attached file)

Hi,
What is your Windows O.S. ?
What is the I.E. version ?
Why don't you try netscape ?

I already update IE (IE6 SP1)but the sam error was still occur

Hi,
It also may be because of O.S. problem if you are getting the same error.
I will advise you to try this out from a new PC
on which load only the O.S and the above browser and check.
OR
Try getting some other browsers such as Mozilla or Netscape and try you can get many browsers from www.download.com
