      <description>I would power up the system, install an OS on it, including all disks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then put in some jobs from a working system and a cron schedule. If you have online JFS take the time to defragment all disks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Run 48 hours and check itrc the next morning.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It will be burned quite nicely by then.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also think these servers are burned at the factory. Could be wrong about that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Install OnlineDiag and use the MSTM disk exercise tool. You can select either a read only or read-write test. The length of disk test can be set at Options-&amp;gt;Tool Options-&amp;gt;Exercise. Hope this helps.</description>
