The Qlogic QLA2312 bios has a "Fiber Disk Utility" which allows verification of the Disk Media and Disk Data. This volume presented to server and it is formatted.<BR /><BR /><BR />[ Scenario 1 ]<BR /><BR />Test case 1 :<BR /><BR /> This new volume was presented to server, and connected to 2 (both) EVA controllers. Error [A] was encountered during verification of Disk Media and Disk Data on second Fiber Channel Device (Logical volume presented through 2nd controller)<BR /><BR />Test case 2 :<BR /><BR /> The new volume was presented to the server, and connected to the 1st EVA controller.
