I'm getting an error message saying:<BR />Array controller failure!<BR />[command failure (cmd=11h, err=020h)]<BR /><BR />From what I read while doing a bit of research this is caused by low or bad batteries on the array controller. The only fix seemed to be new batteries or new controller.<BR />How can I get new batteries? (if that's the fix).
