command view error

I had a Command View 1.08 installed on a L2000 connected to a VA7410 that perfectly worked, after the move in the other subnet,and modify
the files with the information of the host,
the command launcher fails.
" Internal Error 106. Unable to launch management software verify that software is installed correctly"

yes in a
/opt/sanmgr/commandview/server/config/PanConfigParams.txt

You changed in opt/sanmgr/commandview/server/config/PanConfigParams.txt. but not in /etc/hosts, /etc/rc.config.d/netconf???

what made you change it in opt/sanmgr/commandview/server/config/PanConfigParams.txt??? That is going to cause problem.

I have change also in
/etc/hosts

What does hostname returns??

Did you restart hostagent and diald??
It is somewhere in /opt/sammgr.

what is your Gateway in /etc/rc.config.d/netconf ?

subnet changed, alogn w/ gateway ?

him i have restarted the dial and the hostagent.
hostname and gateway is correct.
