looking for CommandView SDM manual

Hi,

I am looking for a good manual about the CommandView SDM for virtaul array VA7400.

We have some performance issue on the SAN storage and when I tried to collect more information by running armperf, i get the following error

#armperf -s 09280000 -e 09300000 VA7400
No performance service is running on the host.

What can I do about this? How can I get more statistic about how busy is the VA? Maybe someone can help me with a good idea or tell me which manual I should read to understand how armperf works

Thanks for the DOC.

After reading the DOC, I still don't understand why I can't run armperf

Error is :

#armperf -s 09280000 -e 09300000 VA7400
No performance service is running on the host.

Which performance Service should is start to able to run armperf??
