topic 431 & Integrated Array Sections in Disk Enclosures

Two non-technical questions:

1. Why is there no section here for the 431 & Integrated SA controllers?

2. Why do you have a 'Message Search" link, when it doesn't work?

If you would like to test question # 2, just perform a message search on the Array Controllers section using '431' as the search criteria. Here's my results:

Search Results

Keywords: 431
There were no matches for "431"

Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
Try using fewer words.
Try searching more product areas.
Try different keywords.

If CPQ is to offer a support forum of value to its users, it ought to support current devices, and ought to work so the user can find information contained in it.

There is a 431 forum now (coulda sworn I had made one quite some time back).

The search DOES work, but it doesn't work well with just a number to search on. If you enter "Smart 431" you get quite a few hits...
