Hi all,

Can someone say me if the Disk enclosure M5314 is compatible with M5214.

In fact, my customer has two EVA5000 (2C6D-B) with 2 HSV110 and 6 M5214 by EVA.
My goal is to make a disk upgrade for both EVA with 24 X 146GB on each EVA.

The HP configurator SBW has only M5314 at this time.

Can you help me in this problem ?

In advance, I thank you.

Best regards,

Charles.

The M5314 comes with copper cables, but that is not a problem - just remove the SFPs from the loop switch.

Hello Charles,

the M5314 comes with copper cables, not fiber. They do not use any SFPs, because the conversion from electrical to optical and back is not necessary. The cable's connector replaces the SFP.
