I forgot to say that only in the 2 new drives I have "n/a" in all the "predictive indicators" window the two new disks are in the same cage (internal).
Conected to the same Chanell. The disk sizes are 18.2 GB ULTRA2
Where can I check if I have errors loading the drivers or Array Agents? I checked the event viewer I didn't find nothing.
Thanks

Recently I add 2 new disks to the Array Controller (Raid 1) but when I check the "Used Realloc" parameter using the Compaq Insight manager software it shows n/a.
What can I do to check this important parameter?
How can I fix this problem?

Fernando Cachicas

I don't know why it would be disabled unless there is nothing reallocated right now (i.e. nothing to report). If everything else works, and you are sure you have the correct drivers loaded on the card, it should work.

Make sure there are no errors loading the drivers or Array Agents on that system...
