Hi

Is your windows server set up as an multipourpose host or as a dedicated management station...If there is zonning, are they implemented correctly..do you have supported HBA installed...Has this EVA system been initialised before or is it a new one...How many green LED's on the controllers front do you have. One steady and one blinking...

Lots of questions to answer...

regards,

Since you say you can monitor other EVA systems from the same management station some additional ideas...

Check VCS version on eva system, upgrade to the latest Command View. You must have a minimum of 3.2 to be able to work with 3.020 VCS, higher is better....

If that doesn't help...beets me, I'd go to the SAN supported matrics and recheck all FW related issues...

BR
B.
