Hi

we get the following error message on cv sdm 1.08 when we try to use secure manager on va7410.

licencing Exceeded your licensed capability.
please contact hp sales rep. for an additional
license.

my questions is
1. how much is it for 500GB license
2. can i use the command line on the va cli to avoid the license purchase ?

Secure manager allows you to control which LUNs are presented to which machines.

If you want this functionality, I doubt that it matters what method you use. You will probably still need the license.

their is no way to avoid/workaround this, it means you tried to secure more LUNs (capacity) then the build in default (50 Gbyte free) license or you crossed the LUN security (add on) license.
