Hi,
We have similar setup here.We use a HPUx machine for running the hostagent and a windows 2000 pc to run Java servives. Are you sure your hostagent is running on windows Sevever. If not you see for something like #/sbin/init.d/hostagent on host which may be your HPUX server running hostagent and try restarting this service.i.e. /sbin/init.d/hostagent stop , /sbin/init.d/hostagent start.

HTH,
Devender

Hello! I have an XP-1024 StorageWorks installed and an Windows 2000 server with CommandView. Some time ago java on Windows server has become dead. Any java applet just hangs and does nothing. Reinstallation of java gives nothing. I do not want to reinstall whole server, but may be there is a solution to make java alive?

XP-1024 is not controlled by any HP-UX servers. It works fine now, but I cannot control it. I think even all soft is working, but java does not. Even if I try to check brocade FC-switch status in browser, java applet simply hangs...
