Comman View EVA Error

I have a EVA5000 and Command view 3.1.0.21, but when i tried to access command view I get an Http error not found.

Has anyone else seen this?

I think I have seen this when the version of CV-EVA is too old for the EVA firmware.

Its too difficult to figure out the exact cause of this problem with no details given.

Pls. give the URL you type to logon to EVA.

Try the following URL:

https://:2381/command_view_eva

Username: Administrator
Password: (The default password is administrator, put appropriate password)

CV-EVA V3.1 did not use that URL.
