Smart Array 6i battery status fail

The Smart Array gives a failed battery status. I have seen this before with the Smart Array 642 and there was a firmware upgrade for that. Is this the same problem and is there a firmware upgrade coming?

Yes, 6i is also affected.

Thanks, i first looked for a firmware upgrade but couldn't find it where it should be, in the drivers update of the Smart Array 6i.
