Hi,

Power off of VA is not a good idea. I hope you have a good reason for that and your VA is not in production.

Have you done proper shutdown of VA? Usually, if I need to do that I use serial port.

This error means that your VA is little bit confused. It has two sensors which show different states of your power switch.

I know that sometimes that piece of plastic can cause a problem. You may have a problem with it.

Actually, that is not power off switch, it will put your VA into standby mode.

For power off you need to remove cables.

HTH,
Mario.
Thx Mario, So much for a single command. It has resolved part one of my problems. Now i can access the VA but i still have problem powering it off from the power switch. I have a warning; WARNING : Power switch position sensors are reporting conflicting information.
