    <description>Sorry for the late replay...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you'll find smartstart cd on every hp server driver download page ( like ml370 g2 ). For 4200 you can also download array configuration utility on diskets.... Also upgrade 4200 firmware by downloading it from the download drivers page..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BR&lt;BR /&gt;B.</description>

      <description>My client have a Compaq Smart Array 4200 and he lost the Support CD. How I do to configure it without this CD? On HP site I can't find it to download.</description>

      <description>Depending on the OS installed download coresponding Array Configuration utility (either aplication or WEB based) from &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.hp.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you can also download smartstart cd and boot &amp;amp; configure from there....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BR&lt;BR /&gt;B.</description>

      <description>It's the problem! There's no OS installed on the system. And I don't know how to find de appropriate support CD to configure RAID devices on that controller.</description>

      <description>You will definitly need the CD :).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is a discontinued product is why its hard to find.
