My client have a Compaq Smart Array 4200 and he lost the Support CD. How I do to configure it without this CD? On HP site I can't find it to download.

Depending on the OS installed download coresponding Array Configuration utility (either aplication or WEB based) from www.hp.com

you can also download smartstart cd and boot & configure from there....

It's the problem! There's no OS installed on the system. And I don't know how to find de appropriate support CD to configure RAID devices on that controller.

Sorry for the late replay...

you'll find smartstart cd on every hp server driver download page ( like ml370 g2 ). For 4200 you can also download array configuration utility on diskets.... Also upgrade 4200 firmware by downloading it from the download drivers page..

You will definitly need the CD :).

It is a discontinued product is why its hard to find. Hint go to the product family and look for a link refering to discontinued products is how you usually find this stuff on hp's site.
