      <title>INVALID ARRAY ID Error</title>

      <description>I got a problem to run armdsp, armdiscover, armlog, etc&lt;BR /&gt;At first, It was worked well&lt;BR /&gt;But now, when I run the command 'armdsp' or 'armdiscover'&lt;BR /&gt;I got an error messages like this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# armdsp -a va | more&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;INVALID ARRAY ID Error loading class: com.hp.HpPanDev.JBODObj.JBODObj&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The server is HP RP8400 with va7410 array &lt;BR /&gt;and uses HP-UX 11i v2&lt;BR /&gt;Is someone who experienced this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;I think I need some help</description>

      <description>I restarted hostagent daemon,&lt;BR /&gt;But The result was the same&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for reference, I got errors also&lt;BR /&gt;when I try to see disk information on SAM utility&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/opt/sanmgr/commandview/client/sbin/armdsp, did not&lt;BR /&gt;provide a Serial Number for device file /dev/dsk/c8t0d0.&lt;BR /&gt;Please be sure that the array software utilities have &lt;BR /&gt;been properly installed and the device file exists.                &lt;BR /&gt;The Array and its LUNs will be displayed, but dual                 &lt;BR /&gt;paths will not be collapsed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks for your consideration :)</description>
