From the log, it seems that a power supply/fan is having problems. You should goo to the eva and see the EMU (at the rear), if you are having an error code.

Also it seems that you are having 1 failed disk, go to the command view eva and see if you have any ungroupped disk or failed disk.

Using command view, going to the hardware section, you can also display the status of the power suplly/fan for the controllers and disk enclosures.
