MSA 1000 on rp4440 with 4 processors...please help!

I have an rp4440 with 4 processor and everything update, patches, firmware,etc and I have connected one MSA 1000(with latest version of firmware) with 6 drives of 72GB, when I create 3 lun's of 2 drive each one I have many problems in the rp4440 I only see one lun using sam but I have 3 created!! and when I try of use ioscan -fnC disk I see 50 diferent device files what is happening
Please Help!!!!

You cannot use SAM to manage this storage and most likely you have not applied the proper profile to the connection(s) on the MSA.

The msa1000 can only have one controller physically present in the array when used with HP-UX. You must use the command line interface to set up the array.
