Does anyone have a link which show the list cost for EVAPerf? Is it a purchasable product or is it part of CommandView?

It comes with Command View 4.x and updates are downloadable via normal HP driver and support pages.

EVAperf is included in CV-EVA V4.0 and up (it installs automatically during CV's install). There is an update available:
