topic Bad Battery? in Disk Enclosures

During bootup, the Smart Array 4200 reports the following error:
Array Accelerator is temporarily disabled.
Array Accelerator will be reenabled when battery reaches full charge.

The first time this happened, it didn't worry me. However, this is a new server (DL580) and a new array (rev A ver 1.01)and this is the third time that this has happened. The first two times, the battery seemed to be "recharged" after about 3 hours. It's been 5 hours now and I'm getting the same error. How can I check the integrity of the battery?

the battery may take as long as 24 hours now more than 48 I would say to recharge if this does not happen then the controller will most likely need to be replaced.
