Hi Forum Members;

Does anyone know if the End Of Life date has been published for the VA7410? A search of both the forums and all of HP brings up lots of documents on the RP7410, but not the VA7410.

EOL has not been published yet.
It was actually planned this year but has been postponed due to high demand!
After EOL announcement HP will support the array for 5 more years.

Uh, yeah, VA7410 EOL. Hmm... You're right Peter, it's not published. But I think I can say that it'll be near mid-2006, or that's what I'm hearing this week. (until it's announced, it's not set in stone)

Yes there is!

The VA7410 has gone off the pricelist October 31 2005.

It will go end of support November 1st 2010.

For A6267A, VA7410 with 1024MB cache,

obsolete date = 1 nov 2005
end of support date = 1 nov 2010

For A6268A, VA7410 with 2048MB cache,

obsolete date = 1 nov 2005
end of support date = 1 nov 2010
