I have some problems with this controller.
Does someone know a HP hardware testing tool for this device, the normal smart start cd doesn`t report an error!
Is there a HP contact where I can ask for a tool?

Hello hp,

Depending on the kind of problems you are having with this controller there will most likely be a tool that can diagnose the issue.

One of the best is the Array Diagnotic Utility that will gather diagnostic information about the array. This utility can be found at: http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/23024.html (this is assuming you are running windows)

Thanks, but I know this tool from the smart Start CD 7.4. This tool doesn`t find any error. But I had the problem with this controller, that it couldn`t find the device after each restart and that it runs into a blue screen if I installed a new operating system!
