    <description>A script has to be executed via the serial port on both controllers before that specific command can be executed. HP has to be sure that its the issue i'm thinking is happening. The script is for Reflection, if you have the application, HP can send you the script so you can run it yourself and mail the result back to HP.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm being told by software support that somehow LUN 3 is missing and there are now 2 LUN #8. How can I correct this?</description>

      <description>You really need help from HP support for this as you need to issue a certain command but first an analysis of the logs collected from the serial port on each controller should be done.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We're about 8 hours drive for our CE. I wanted to spare her if it was a command that I could run. It's a T&amp;amp;D server, so we're not in a big rush, but it is slowing down our testing.</description>
