Site had to power off all system components. Once power was restored, the the MSA1000 was powered up, it was discovered that the contollers has reset the Connection Profile back to factory default and the Unit_id's were also gone. The rest of the contoller configuration was still intact.

Has anyone heard of this happening before and if so what the cause was?

Well, unfortunatly nothing was noted down. The configuration pieces that were missing, became missing after a full power down. We have a second controfller that is in standby mode, however no one thought to take a look at it either.

One item that we would like to know is where is the configuration setting stored? Is all of the information stored in that same location or seperate locations?
