https://community.hpe.com/t5/disk-enclosures/scanmaster-and-eva-5000-problem/m-p/3760364#M19913 Hello<BR /><BR />I tried to run the scanmaster (version 2_1_0) utility on the following EVA: 309620-B24 EVA5K 2C2D-C 50Hz 42U Graphite ALL .<BR />But it was not possible to get any output.<BR />I run the utility from the management appliance ( Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003, Enterprise Edition ). Then I created the cfg file by providing the appliance's IP address and then I tried to run the scanmaster command but it failed to scan the EVA. The connectivity test was passed but then It was not able to collect any data.<BR />Does anybody have any idea what the problem might be?<BR />Is there any compatibilty problem of the utility and the EVA?<BR /><BR />The admin login and the password must be the same as those provided when loging in the appliance?
